Carmen joined Leadenhall Law Group in July 2025 as our in-house Senior Sales Progressor.

Carmen has spent 5 years in estate agency as a Senior Sales Progressor and then 2 years as a Paralegal in residential, commercial and new builds which means she has extensive knowledge on both sides, she prides herself on being a solution provider in and out of her role.

Outside of work Carmen likes to cook anything and everything, spend time with her family which is very important to her whilst being an unpaid Agony Aunt to those around her.
